Answer: They are those violations: 1) which must relate to ill-gotten wealth; 2) belonging to ex-president Ferdinand Marcos, his immediate family, relatives, subordinates, and close associates; 3) who took advantage of their public office and of their power authority, influence, connections or relationship (Romualdez vs Sandiganbayan, 244 SCRA 152); and 4) there must be a showing that the accused has unlawfully accumulated wealth due to the close relationship with ex-President Ferdinand Marcos.
