What is the requirement in the case of an ordinance approved by highly and independent component cities?
- The same shall be posted.
- In addition, it shall be published once in a local newspaper of general circulation within the city. If there is no such newspaper, within the city, the publication shall be made in any newspaper of general circulation. (Section 59 [d], Local Government Code)
